These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Golden Crown Cleaning’s services and website. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Golden Crown Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in the North Atlanta area. Service details, frequency, and scope are confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.
You agree to provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time. If a lockbox, key, or garage code is provided, you authorize our team to use it solely for the purpose of completing your cleaning.
Please secure pets before our team arrives. We care about the safety of your pets and our staff. We are not responsible for pets that escape or cause disruption during service.
Prices are provided at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If our team arrives and is unable to access your home, the appointment may be considered a lockout. A lockout fee may apply. We will contact you promptly to reschedule.
Our standard cleaning does not include: exterior windows, inside appliances unless booked as an add-on, heavy lifting, biohazard cleanup, or areas that are unsafe for our team to access. We reserve the right to skip areas we deem unsafe.
If something is not right, contact us within 24 hours and we will review the issue with you.
Golden Crown Cleaning carries general liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
